MSI K9A2 CF-F V2
$140.00
Released November, 2007
The Pros:CrossfireX is well supported and easy to setup. Ethernet port capable of extremely fast download speeds, great performance. BIOS supports overclocking on the latest AMD processors.
The Cons:SATA ports can easily be covered up if you use multiple GPUs in the slots. Not enough clearance around the CPU for a larger after-market fan. SLI bridge doesn't come with the motherboard and the slots are far apart, so need to go out and find a longer than usual bridge.
The K9A2 CF-F V2 is a mid-range, gamer-focused ATX motherboard from MSI. It features the CrossfireX support offered by the AMD 790X chipset, 7.1-channel HD audio, and support for up to 8GB of DDR2 1066 SDRAM.
