The Foxconn X58 Renaissance provides 7.1 channel surround sound with DTS Connect and Dolby Digital Live support thanks to the integrated Harp sound card. Also included is an Broadcom 5786 ethernet port, 8 USB 2.0 ports, 1 IEEE 1394a FireWire port and 2 eSATA 3GB/s ports. Unfortunately, some owners have reported functionality issues including faulty wiring of the audio ports, and the Ethernet connection functioning intermittently. The SAS RAID hard drive connection also appears to be giving some owners problems.
