Foxconn P45A

The P45A is an ATX-form motherboard from Foxconn, built on the Intel P45 chipset architecture.  The P45A supports up to 16GB of DDR2 1066 SDRAM, and supports the Intel LGA775 socket, which is capable of supporting both Intel Quad Core and Intel Core 2 Duo processor sets.

  The board features dual x16 PCI-E graphics adapter slots, which are capable of supporting ATI CrossfireX-certified graphics card setups.  The integrated audio feature is a Realtek 7.1-Channel HD card, and the integrated LAN controller is a Realtek gigabit LAN controller.  The board allows for in-system adjustment of voltage, fan speed, and overclocking directly from Windows.  For further information, please see the Intel P45 Chipset report.
