The Pros:Very small form factor fits easily in most cases without problems. Fairly inexpensive for this form factor and spec base. Compatible with a range of higher-end parts, can produce high-powered builds in small cases with this motherboard.
The Cons:No BIOS updates and included BIOS is very basic and hard to navigate compared to most other boards. Too small to fit SLi video cards. BIOS does not include any overclocking options.
The EVGA P55 Micro is a mid-level motherboard designed for the Intel Core i5/i7 processor family. A total of 4 DDR3 memory slots provide a maximum capacity of 16GB at speeds up to 1600MHz. In terms of expansion, this board includes 2 PCI Express x8 slots, 1 PCIe x1 slot and 1 standard PCI slot.

With this board, users can utilize 2 individual video cards at the same time to increase total graphical processing power. For storage, EVGA has integrated 6 SATA II connections. A total of 13 USB ports have been incorporated as well. For sound, the Micro includes 8 channel HD audio. Additional features include on-board reset/power/clear CMOS buttons, combination 1156/775 heatsink mounting holes and an overclock button known as “Dummy OC”.
