ECS P45T-A

$120.00 Released July, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Fast enough for a gaming PC build. Plenty of ports built in freeing you up from having to add more. Capable of overclocking despite it not being officially recommended.

The Cons:Some undocumented compatibility problems with certain CPUs. BIOS CD needs to be run a number of times with multiple restarts to get the drivers loaded right. BIOS doesn't support overclocking directly and doesn't have the same overclocking tools that most motherboards come with.

The P45T-A is an ATX-form motherboard from ECS, based on the Intel P45 chipset architecture.  The board offers support for up to 16GB of DDR2 800 SDRAM.  The graphics adapter slots utilize dual x16 PCI-E slots, which are certified ATI CrossfireX capable.
