The Pros:Relatively simple to overclock through BIOS. Very inexpensive for Micro ATX format. Easy to update BIOS, and intuitive navigation through BIOS menus.
The Cons:Relatively high frequency of DOA boards. Dual-slot video cards will almost certainly block a PCI card slot. Does not have 1Gb LAN while most competing boards do.
