The Intel Core microarchitechture, combined with 1600/1333/1066/800 MHz FSB the processor is very powerful and energy efficient. The unit has up to quad VGA cards support, with two slots thermal design. The Asus true 16-phase power design allows the unit to reach a power efficiency of up to 96% in addition to dispelling the heat generated by the VRM effectively. The Asus P5Q Premium all complies with the European Union's Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS), and shows Asus support for creating environmentally healthy products.
