ASRock H61M-HVS

The ASRock H61M-HVS is an entry-level Intel H61-based motherboard similar to the ASRock H61DEL. Due to its microATX form factor, the H61M-HVS lacks some of the full-ATX H61DEL's features, namely: 10/100 Ethernet rather than Gigabit and fewer PCI-E 2.0 x1 slots (1 rather than 5).

Otherwise, the two motherboards sport similar features, including an LGA1155 CPU socket, support for up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, ASRock's Combo Cooler Option and VGA/HDMI video outputs.

The H61M-HVS' LGA1155 CPU socket supports any 2nd generation Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processor while its two DIMM slots offer support for up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM with data transfer rates of 1333 or 1066 MHz. Its Combo Cooler Option allows the H61M-HVS to be compatible with any LGA1155, LGA1156 or LGA775 CPU fan, making upgrading somewhat cheaper. Meanwhile, the H61M-HVS' HDMI and VGA outputs allow it to be easily integrated into any existing desktop or home theater setup.
